- Payment must be made at time of purchase.
- The shipping and handling
charge for this item is not negotiable and non refundable.
- We mainly use USPS Priority
Mail to ship to US addresses including continental states,
Hawaii and Alaska.
International Buyers Note: Import duties, taxes, and
charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping
charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check
with your country's customs office to determine what these
additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These
charges are normally collected by the delivering freight
(shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse
them for additional shipping charges.

Fed-Ex or UPS. A signature is required for delivery for ALL

& Systems Are Special Order They are assembled when
an order has been place - Those CCTV Systems will usually
ship within approximately 10 - 15 Business Days, if for
situations that may arise and be out of our control that may
affect estimated shipping date, you will be promptly
notified by email.
- If you pay using PayPal we
will ship to your PayPal registered address as listed
on the PayPal transaction page.
- If your PayPal registered
address (confirmed or not) is not correct, please update your PayPal account Before ordering.
- Customers who pay with a Credit Cards please provide your
billing address as your shipping address. We reserve the
right not to ship to unconfirmed addresses. For customers
who provide unconfirmed addresses, we will contact you to decide
if we will ship. We cannot ship to customers with unverified

Return Policy: |
- Any defective item will be
exchanged by Free replacement within Warranty Period
- Please follow instructions on
your User Manual or contact our Customer Service for any
operating or technical questions before sending back the
unit

If an item arrives or becomes
defective (manufacturing defect) within 180 Days from the
date of purchase the item will be inspected, repaired by
certified technicians, or replaced and returned to the
Buyer. For such rare situations, send us an email at the address
provided when you purchased the item, and we will reply with
an RMA number and return instructions. Items must be shipped
to the address provided with your RMA,
Please return everything that came in the original package
not just what you believe is defective as we will most
likely replace the entire item, we cannot return a incomplete product to the
manufacturer, it must be complete for reimbursement.
Shipping costs to return products are the Customer's
responsibility. We will pay the shipping costs to send the
item back to you.
